Football Manager 27 costs $59.99 / £49.99 / €59.99 on PC and Mac, and there is only one edition: no Deluxe, no bonus pack. Buying it before launch from a SEGA-approved digital retailer takes 10% off, so on Steam it is $53.99 / £44.99 / €53.99 until the offer ends on Nov 10, 2026, and the pre-purchase also keeps you in the Launch Preview from Nov 3 until launch. SI names no other pre-purchase incentive. FM27 Console cannot be pre-purchased, and its price was not published in US dollars, pounds or euros as of Nov 1, 2026; in Japan both versions cost ¥7,990. FM27 is also included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, FM27 Mobile with a Netflix membership and FM27 Touch with Apple Arcade.

How much does FM27 cost?

The list price is the same as Football Manager 26's on Steam, where FM26 still sold for $59.99 on Nov 1, 2026. SEGA gave £49.99 as the retail price on Sep 30, 2026. In Japan the ¥7,990 is ¥7,264 before tax. These are prices as of Nov 1, 2026, and the pre-purchase figures end at launch.

Is there a FM27 Deluxe Edition?

No. Steam sells one package, "Football Manager 27," and SI's buy page lists no other edition, bundle or bonus content. Asked whether there will be any other pre-purchase incentives, SI answered with the 10% discount alone.

What do I get for pre-ordering FM27?

• 10% off the list price, from any SEGA-approved digital retailer, until the offer ends on Nov 10.
• The paid Launch Preview: from 6pm GMT on Nov 3 you keep playing until launch, carrying your save. Without a pre-purchase or Game Pass, the game stops when the free period ends. See Free Trial and Launch Preview.

6:43 Pre-purchase opened only with the free period, at 6pm GMT on Oct 29, 2026, on Steam, Epic and the Microsoft Store, because SI said it wanted to show more of the game before asking players to commit.

How much is FM27 on PS5 and Xbox?

Not known as of Nov 1, 2026, outside two countries. SI says "Pre-purchasing for FM27 Console will not be available", so no PlayStation Store or Xbox console price has appeared; console players could only wishlist it from Oct 29. In Japan SEGA prices FM27 Console the same as the PC and Mac game, ¥7,990, and in South Korea the physical PS5 edition is ₩69,800. Japan's single price hints at parity there, but nothing says the same holds elsewhere. FM27 Console is also on Game Pass for console. See FM27 Console and Game Pass.

Can I get FM27 cheaper?

Within the official stores, the only discount as of Nov 1, 2026 is the 10% pre-purchase. The other route is a subscription: FM27 is on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass from day one, Launch Preview included. Phones and tablets have no one-off price at all: FM27 Mobile needs a Netflix membership and FM27 Touch an Apple Arcade subscription. See FM27 Mobile and FM27 Touch.

For comparison, in Football Manager 26 the game was up to 50% off across platforms from Jun 11, 2026. That says nothing certain about FM27.

Does FM27 have in-app purchases?

Steam lists "In-App Purchases" for FM27 and the Xbox listing says it "offers in-app purchases," but neither names them, and SI has not explained them as of Nov 1, 2026. In Football Manager 26 the In-Game Editor was a paid Steam add-on at £7.49; no FM27 add-on is listed on Steam yet, so whether the FM27 In-Game Editor costs extra is not known. See Editors and Mods.

Denuvo, activations and Family Sharing

Steam's notice says FM27 uses "Denuvo Anti-tamper" with a "5 a day machine activation limit," so you can start it on up to five different machines in a day. Steam also lists Family Sharing and Steam Cloud. Full PC details are on System Requirements.
