As of Nov 1, 2026, SI has not given the hour; on Oct 5 it said the exact time "will be confirmed ahead of launch." The physical PC version is out the same day and the physical PlayStation 5 version on Nov 20, 2026. On PC and Mac you do not have to wait: the free Launch Preview runs until 6pm GMT on Nov 3, and the paid Launch Preview from then to launch.

What time does FM27 come out?

Nobody outside SI and SEGA knows yet. SI's only statement on the hour is from Oct 5, 2026: one global moment, with the time "confirmed ahead of launch". The launch clock on this viki counts to midnight UTC on Nov 10 for that reason, not as a prediction.

There is one clue, and it is only that. Microsoft Store data for the Game Pass PC product, read on Nov 1, 2026, shows one license window ending at 15:59:59 UTC on Nov 10 and another starting at 16:00 UTC. Microsoft Store data suggests a 16:00 UTC unlock (4pm GMT, 8am Pacific, 11am Eastern), which would also fit SEGA Japan's Nov 11 date, since 16:00 UTC is 1am in Tokyo. But the same listing also gives Nov 10 at 00:00 UTC as the product's release, so the data contradicts itself, and neither value is an SI statement. Treat 16:00 UTC as a guess until SI confirms an hour.

SI also warns, in its free-trial footnote, that "different platforms may go live at different times". That note was about the free period, but it is a reason not to count on the minute.

Is FM27 out on Nov 10 or Nov 11 in my country?

Both dates are the same moment. SI's English posts say Nov 10, 2026, and SEGA's Japanese announcement gives Wednesday, Nov 11 for the PC, Mac, digital console and Netflix versions. Whether your date is Nov 10 or Nov 11 depends on the hour, which is not announced: if the launch is late on Nov 10 in UTC, players in Asia and Oceania get it on Nov 11 local time.

Can I play FM27 before Nov 10?

The free Launch Preview ran from 6pm GMT on Oct 29 and ends at 6pm GMT on Nov 3, 2026, and from that moment the paid Launch Preview continues to launch for people who pre-purchase from a SEGA-approved retailer and for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. Can I pre-load FM27?

Not as a separate step, and no pre-load date had been announced as of Nov 1, 2026. On PC and Mac the Launch Preview is the game itself: SEGA support says updates download automatically, and Steam lists 20 GB of storage. On console nothing can be pre-purchased, so there is nothing to pre-load before the store pages open.

In Football Manager 26, the launch was Nov 4, 2025 for PC, Mac, console and mobile, with an Advanced Access Beta for pre-purchasers before it and FM26 Touch reaching Nintendo Switch on Dec 4, 2025.
